As a long time board member, Geoff has always demonstrated respect for fellow members, integrity and perceptive insights about the issues that concern Aurora business, both locally and in the global arena. Geoff does not micro manage, is non-confrontational and has the ability to bring out the best in people. His leadership and consultative approach has resulted in the Chamber's new strategic plan and vision for the future. I have known Geoff Dawe for well over fifteen years, am proud to endorse his candidacy for Mayor of Aurora, and know that our town will be well served.
